Bubbles, what an interesting thing!




Well we decided to take our own Easter pictures this year! Now I know why I usually pay others to do this for us! Tyler has a place called The Children's Park and it is really for picture taking and relaxing-there aren't swings or slides, just a peaceful place. We had a really good time and literally took over 200 pictures on the digital camera, but only had a few keepers. I just kept clicking away in the hopes of getting one of each child individually and one of them together. Then we came home and took some in the front yard-we would have done just as well staying here, but it was a fun afternoon. We even brought a bubble machine with us-Austin was very interested and confused about them!

They play so well together and I couldn't have asked for anything better! Austin thinks that Emily is so funny and she can make him laugh just about anytime of the day! Austin thinks she is funny because she tends to try and cross that fine line between right and wrong. She wants to test the waters and he thinks it is so funny to watch. It really is cute to see what she comes up with. The pic posted is that of St Patricks Day in there school clothes.

My Beutiful Family

This was the family on our way to Austin's baby dedication at church in February 2009! We had friends and family in Tyler to celebrate this wonderful commitment that Mitch and I made together to raise the children in a faith based and educational environment that will serve the Lord. We will continue to follow this guide as the best way to raise the children to love the Lord, family, and others.

Austin

Our little man! He is almost 10 months old and a very happy baby! He is crawling now and has two teeth. Both teeth came in at the same time-last week, which happened to be when he started crawling. That would be a week ago yesterday! He is alot more "into" things than Emily was at that age-that must be the boy in him!

Emily

Well what can I say about my Emily. She is 3 1/2 now and keeps us laughing everyday. Her personality is wild. She is a wonderful big sister. Here is a picture that really explains her. Sassy and a girl who knows what she wants-well most of the time!

Six Wonderful Years!

Mitch and I have been married for six year as of March 8th. We have had an amazing six years and look forward to what God has in store for us!

A few weekends ago, we were able to go to Oklahoma for the weekend and have a weekend just the two of us! We went to Beaver's Bend/Broken Bow, Oklahoma. We stayed in a cabin that sat by itself on three acres and had a great time.

We went to this little diner in Talihina-I could not have come up with that name if I wanted to. It was really good, but I laughed so hard at it's name.

Also pictured is the cabin we stayed in and the dog in the picture is the one we took home which turned out to be a mess. The dog found it's way up from the highway (we saw it the night before walking down the road). When I got up on Saturday morning she was there waiting to great me. She was so sweet and was obviously homeless, so we took her home. Annie is what we named her, but she didn't make the cut. She had a bunch of puppy left in her and would jump on the kids. Emily was very afraid of her, so I found her a good home with a lady from work!
